By adding DragonMusic ("the bot", "we", "us") to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the bot and stop using it.
DragonMusic is provided for streaming audio into Discord voice channels. You agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You must not:
We aim for 24/7 uptime, 365 days a year, but the bot is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may take the bot offline for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control without notice.
DragonMusic sources audio from third-party platforms via yt-dlp. We do not host, own, or store any music. All rights to streamed content belong to their respective owners, and responsibility for what is played in a server rests with the users of that server.
If you add the bot to a server, you are responsible for how members use it there, including configuring permissions and moderating requested content. You may remove the bot at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DragonMusic and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the bot — including lost data, interrupted playback, or content played by users.
We may restrict or terminate access to the bot for any server or user that violates these terms, abuses the service, or puts our infrastructure at risk — with or without notice.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
